1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User," "Player," or "you") and 63php ("Company," "Platform," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the 63php gaming platform, website, and all related services (collectively, the "Service"). You further represent that you are legally permitted to gamble in the jurisdiction from which you access the Service. While 63php primarily serves Filipino players, you are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with all applicable local, state, and national laws and regulations governing online gaming in your location. 63php does not accept players from jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited.

2.2 Account Creation and Security

Each User may maintain only one (1) account with 63php. Creating multiple accounts, whether using different personal details or not, is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate termination of all accounts and forfeiture of balances. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to immediately notify 63php of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. 63php shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation. You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account, whether authorized by you or not.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Financial Transactions

3.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

63php accepts deposits through various payment methods including but not limited to GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), bank transfers, and other electronic payment services available to Filipino users. The minimum deposit amount is Twenty Philippine Pesos (₱20.00), and maximum deposit limits may apply depending on your account status and the selected payment method. All deposits are subject to verification procedures to prevent fraud and money laundering.

Deposits made to your 63php account are for gaming purposes only. You may not use the 63php platform as a banking or money transfer service. All funds deposited must be wagered at least once (1x) before withdrawal, unless otherwise specified. First-time withdrawals may take up to seventy-two (72) hours for verification; subsequent withdrawals are typically processed within five (5) to thirty (30) minutes, subject to verification and compliance checks.

Minimum withdrawal amounts and maximum withdrawal limits apply based on your account status and selected withdrawal method. Withdrawals may be subject to reasonable fees, which will be clearly displayed before you confirm the transaction. We reserve the right to withhold withdrawal requests pending investigation if we suspect fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, violation of Terms, or if required by applicable law or regulation. Funds obtained through illegal or fraudulent activity will not be processed for withdrawal and may be reported to appropriate authorities.

3.3 Currency and Conversion

All transactions on the 63php platform are conducted in Philippine Pesos (PHP). If you deposit using a different currency, conversion will occur at prevailing exchange rates, and conversion fees may apply. We are not responsible for any loss arising from currency fluctuations or conversion rates. All displayed odds, winnings, and balances are in PHP unless otherwise specified.

4. Bonuses, Promotions, and Special Offers

4.1 Bonus Terms and Conditions

63php offers various bonuses, promotions, and special offers including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, free spins, cashback, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit amounts, eligible games, maximum bet limits, time restrictions, and expiration dates. These specific bonus terms are presented at the time of the offer and must be read and accepted before claiming any bonus.

Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses must be wagered a specified number of times (typically 20x to 40x the bonus amount) before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. In the event of disputes regarding bonuses or promotions, 63php's decision shall be final and binding. 5. Gaming Rules and Fair Play

5.1 Game Rules and Integrity

Maximum bet limits apply to all sports betting markets and may vary based on sport, league, market type, and your account status. We reserve the right to refuse or limit any bet at our discretion, particularly in cases where we suspect arbitrage betting, syndicate activity, or other forms of advantage play. Late bets placed after an event has started may be rejected or voided. All odds are subject to change until the bet is confirmed and accepted.

6. Prohibited Activities and Account Restrictions

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities while using the 63php platform:

10. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good faith negotiations between you and 63php. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with Philippine arbitration law.

You agree that any arbitration shall be conducted on an individual basis and not as a class, consolidated, or representative action. You further agree to waive any right to a jury trial. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding, and judgment on the award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction. Notwithstanding the foregoing, 63php may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent violations of these Terms.

11. Account Termination and Suspension

63php reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Reasons for termination may include but are not limited to: violation of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to provide required verification documents, prolonged account inactivity, or at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon termination by either party, you remain liable for all outstanding obligations under these Terms. If your account is terminated due to violation of these Terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited. If terminated without cause, we will return any remaining verified balance after deduction of any applicable fees or outstanding debts.
